1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Generate Canvas ("Service"), operated by The Sticker Supply located in South Portland, Maine, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Use of AI Generation Service

Our AI image generation service is provided free of charge. By using this service:

  • You must create an account to access AI generation features
  • You agree not to generate illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content
  • You understand that AI-generated images are for your personal use and canvas printing through our service
  • You retain ownership of your uploaded photos and generated images
  • Generated images cannot be downloaded without purchasing a canvas print
  • We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms

3. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to photos you upload and images you generate. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and print your images.

Pre-Made Prints: Our curated collection includes public domain imagery from NASA, Hubble, and other sources. We respect intellectual property rights and only offer images we have the right to print.

Our Service: The Generate Canvas name, logo, and service are owned by The Sticker Supply and protected by copyright and trademark law.

4. Product Orders and Pricing

  • All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice
  • Canvas prints start at $39 and vary by size
  • Free shipping applies to orders over $100
  • Production time is typically 2-3 business days
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason

5. Payment Terms

Payment is processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. We do not store your payment details.

  • Custom AI-generated prints: No returns unless defective
  • Pre-made prints: 30-day return window
  • Defective or damaged items: Full refund or replacement

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Generate or print copyrighted, trademarked, or stolen content
  • Create offensive, illegal, or harmful imagery
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated systems to access the service without permission
  • Resell or commercially exploit AI-generated images without purchasing prints

9. Limitation of Liability

Generate Canvas and The Sticker Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for products in the past 12 months.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • AI-generated images will meet your expectations
  • Any errors will be corrected

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maine, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
